About Aaron

I created Viewpoint Consulting out of my own self-awareness journey and a commitment to becoming the best version of myself and helping others do the same. I believe that when leaders and teams truly understand themselves and each other, they perform at a higher level. I do not rely on canned trainings or surface-level personality labels. I use behavioral insight to create meaningful, lasting change in how people communicate, lead, and work together.

I lead the firm as an Advanced Certified Birkman Coach and former GM/COO with decades of hands-on leadership experience in complex, high-expectation environments. I have worked with executives, founders, boards, management teams, and emerging leaders across private clubs, hospitality, restaurants, schools, and businesses.

What sets my work apart is the combination of real operational leadership and deep behavioral expertise. I understand the pressures leaders face: managing culture, navigating change, aligning teams, preventing burnout, and resolving conflict before it becomes costly.

Aaron Dawson is an Advanced Certified Birkman Coach and former General Manager/COO of one of the country’s top private clubs. With a career leading large teams, complex operations, and organizational change, he brings real-world leadership experience to every engagement.
Aaron has worked with executives, founders, boards, club leaders, and teams across hospitality, private clubs, restaurants, schools, and business organizations. His approach blends behavioral insight with practical application—helping people understand themselves, communicate more effectively, and perform under pressure.
